Paul is in CA and Jack is doing better, this however is not my brag.
Tonight at dinner, Ellis asked if she could skip her mashed potatoes and only eat asparagus. She ate about 7 spears - Jack ate about 5. At least I have my kids liking vegetables going for me. Minor victory. Now I just have to get some planted in my garden and wait 3 years for my first crop.

- this afternoon Jack said that he has to get his buzzies (lint from between his toes) or else they grow into something big
- the other night jack and ellis were in the bath tub where they both tooted and made bubbles. then jack said, "now we can't drink the water... because we tooted in it."
- we we're leaving the Dr's office and Jack went to say good-bye to the Dr, when he asked if, "Mommy could have her scarf back". Turned out the DR had the same scarf as me.
- this morning when he wanted to wear a blue oxford and I wouldn't let him, he gently shook his head and said, "things just aren't working out for me." I laughed so hard and just handed him the shirt
