Once again the Bieringer's have had a pipe burst. One of the pipes from the boiler burst sometime in the last 24 - 36 hours. If you don't remember, we had a pipe burst in Massachusetts exactly one year ago. Lucky for us the pipe burst under the first floor, in our crawl space below our family room. I thought there was something wrong when I woke up this morning (weather report: 10 degrees and snowing) and our first floor was like a sauna - warm and humid, water dripping down the windows and my hair curling like never before. There are 23 year olds who's skin isn't as moisturized as mine is today.

Beautiful decorations and the magic of Christmas was laced throughout the day. From Jack's first peek at the tree in the morning to his asking, "will Santa come again tomorrow", as he fell asleep on Christmas night.

REALLY loves her new bike helmet, knee and elbow pads. They are the perfect accessory, they go with jammies, skirts and sweat pants.
